Job summary:
HEW is seeking a Content Marketing Coordinator to join the Growth Marketing Team within the Marketing Communications Department. This newly created role reporting to the Content Marketing Manager will play a critical support role in managing native social media programs, working with leading industry content creators, educational video production, SEO/SEM analytics and web content project management.

• Ability to use analysis and storytelling to find data-driven success stories and communicate them effectively
• Beginner to Intermediate Adobe Creative Suite skills or similar graphic design software experience
• Beginner to Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint
• Google Analytics experience a plus
• Modern, web-writing abilities
• Experience with SEM Rush or similar SEO/SEM analytics tool preferred
• Familiarity with Trello or other project management software a plus
• Experience in digital marketing, social media and communications
• Eagerness to learn through group collaboration and independent research

Principal duties and responsibilities:
• Actively participate in the development process of integrated content marketing programs from content conceptualization to launch
• Assist with reporting the breadth of activity within Content Marketing from strategy, goals and KPI performance across social media, influencer marketing and website
• Manage content execution for, social media platforms and digital ad campaigns
• Partner closely with MarCom, Brand Teams, and Engineering teams to develop editorial roadmap
• Maintain calendars and budgets for PAID, EARNED and OWNED content across brands
• Maintain content deployment tracker and mine performance data to report content success stories
• Catalog various assets including photos, video footage, photo releases, licenses and copyrights
• Manage project workflows for original visual and written assets for internal and external use
• Identify and assemble content for monthly e-newsletters
• Ensure branding and messaging continuity and accuracy across
• Use MarTech tools to analyze and provide optimization plans for assets on
• Assist in video content production from message development and pre-pro to site location logistics and editing/approval process
• Coordinate with/update Digital Media team on recently content pieces
• Assist with paid media and product placement invoicing
